Are you ready to tuft your own rug? ✨💓

🌟 Learn how to use a Tufting gun & create your own rug (aprox.45×45 cm)
🌟 All the material is included
🌟 Choose your own design : send it to me some time before the class *
🌟 You will be guided through all the steps of rug-making process:

• Tracing your design on the tufting cloth, using the projector or freehand

• Learn the tufting technique with a cut-pile gun

• Create clean fluffy shapes

• Glue the back of your piece with a special carpet glue * INCLUDED : 4 – hour class, your own tufted rug & a nice coffee/ snack break 🥪🫒☕️

Instructions:

• Please choose a simple design that you can realise in 4 hours! (max. 4 colours, not too many details, no typography, no lines…)
Send me your design min. 1 week before the workshop, so we can prepare it!
• Since the glue on the backside has to dry at least 9 hours, you’ll have the option to come back the next day for the trimming or I will take care of finishing your rug myself. I will let you know when it’s ready, so you can come by to pick it up.

• You will be given a lot of extra & useful tips for the finishing and trimming of your piece 😉 & a list of links where to buy your own material, if you wish to start tufting ✨

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4- hour workshop: more detailed rug designs won’t be accepted. If you wish to do a more complicated design, we can arrange extra hours or a second class.
